On Spring Equinox, marking the first day of spring in the calendar of cosmos, you are invited to turn towards the growing light. If you planted your intentions as seeds for the winter months, spring is the time to start boosting their growth.

In celebration of Spring Equinox, Taru Tuohiniemi and I are inviting you to an evening of yin yoga and Crystal Bowl sound bath with Vocal Toning.

In our deliciously slow yin yoga we will target gallbladder and liver meridians, which are associated with the spring season in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This practice will not only nourish your physical body but also foster emotional and mental harmony, allowing you to fully embrace the transformative power of the equinox.

During Taru's yin practice, you will bathe in the sounds of crystal bowls and pyramids, koshi chimes and a deeply resonating gong.

You will integrate your practice in a long savasana bathing in the sounds that transport you into a state of deep relaxation, calm and stress reduction.

Allow yourself to shift from thinking to feeling and sensing, and from doing to being.
