A Spring Equinox Sound Bath is a powerful way to harmonize with the energies of the changing seasons and we will be running a very different session for this.Spring equinox embraces the energies of rebirth, creativity, balance & expansive growth for mind, body & spirit. Each turning point in the seasonal wheel of the year brings forward a portal of transformation.
Just as the Earth begins to cleanse itself of the remnants of winter, a sound bath can help participants cleanse themselves energetically. The vibrations can clear blockages, reduce tension, and foster deep relaxation, which supports the body’s natural healing processes and rejuvenation, perfectly aligning with the essence of spring.
This is one of my favourite times of the year as we head into longer sunlight days.
We will be offering tea and light refreshments after to take in this beautiful time of the year and have a vantage viewing spot from the balcony.
