Join Karen and Kelley of Wild Rose Holistic Health for an intimate sound healing experience in the cozy Wild Rose studio.We will welcome the Spring season with a guided relaxation accompanied by crystal singing bowls, gong and other vibrational healing tools. These instruments, in combination with a guided relaxation through the physical, mental/emotional & energetic body, will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and at peace.
The event will begin with a seasonal invocation & intention setting to set the tone for the next 3 months.
* You do not need to bring anything, as we will provide mats, blankets and other props all set up for you when you arrive so just dress cozy and bring your willingness to rest.
