SAZCUUPS Spring Equinox ritual will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tucson at 4831 E. 22nd St. Druids Rev. David of SAZCUUPS & Rev. Adam of the Tucson Grove will be leading our spring equinox service on March 20th at 6:30pm. The Spring Equinox (also known as Vernal Equinox) marks the beginning of Spring. It is one of two days of the year when day and night are of equal length (the other being Autumn Equinox in September). From Spring Equinox until the Summer Solstice, the days will grow longer and the nights shorter. In modern Druidry, Spring Equinox is celebrated as one of the 8 seasonal celebrations, or High Days.
Please bring items for offerings (libations, foodstuffs, plants, etc.). And bring a snack to share (something that doesn't require utensils, please).
Biographies of Rev. Adam and Rev. David are in the comments.
