We’ll begin with by awakening your body with breathwork, chanting, and Kundalini Yoga, activate the glandular system, and support natural detoxification. These practices strengthen the adrenals and kidneys while preparing you for the seasonal shift.
You’ll then be guided through a heart-centered meditation that helps calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and ground your energy — bringing clarity and focus as you step into the new season.
Finally, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative gong bath. The powerful vibrations of the gong help dissolve stress, release stagnant emotions, and reset your frequency — leaving you relaxed, clear, and renewed.
