Join us for a special Spring Equinox Wellness Event - an evening of mindfulness, movement, deep relaxation, and community connection.About this Event
An evening to renew and rebalance as the season shifts - restorative yoga and a sound bath by Hayley Doon and Alexa Rogers.
Yoga mats, blocks, and eye masks provided. Feel free to bring a small blanket and/or pillow/bolster for the sound bath portion.
Each attendee will also receive a goodie bag with treats and specials from some incredible sponsors!
