Spring Equinox Reflections, Soundbath & Ceremony

Join me for this intimate ceremony to welcome Spring with gratitude and intention.

Together we’ll journey through meditation, reflective journaling and a deeply restorative soundbath - creating space to release what no longer serves us, and to acknowledge the wisdom that the passing season of Winter has offered.

You’ll be guided at a slow and compassionate pace, with time to rest, integrate and settle your nervous system before you step into the next quarter of the year.

Spring Equinox is a potent time to honour yourself, to let go of what no longer serves, and to enter the next chapter with clarity, softness, self love and support.

What to expect:

• Arrival & grounding meditation
• Guided reflection on the season gone by
• Journaling prompts to uncover what you’re ready to release & what you’re ready to call in
• Full soundbath for integration and nervous system reset
• Optional sharing (no pressure, only if desired)

What you will need:

Please bring some water to stay hydrated and a journal and pen. Although the studio has plenty, feel free to bring your own special blankets and cushions to make sure you're extra comfortable and feel supported. Don't forget your comfy socks.

Please note: The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl. pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy. Please consult your doctor if you are concerned about any health issues ahead of the session.

About the venue:

Studio 6 is on the second floor of an old Mill that unfortunately doesn't have a lift, and therefore accessibility is limited. Please contact me for any further information.

On street parking is available at the venue and I will great guests at the door 10 minutes before the start time for a prompt start at 10am.

About the host:

Eva Lake is a Holistic Healing Practitioner and Soul Doula for life’s big transitions. Holding a deeply nurturing, judgment-free space, Eva guides her clients with a variety of healing modalities so they can feel whole, empowered, and at home in themselves again.

This event is non refundable but tickets can be transferred to another event, if notified at least 48 hours before the event.
