Celebrate the arrival of spring with a refreshing morning of movement, creativity, and connection, hosted by CBRC Health & Fitness.

We’ll begin with Spring Equinox: Let’s Get Vertical, a Vertical Pilates class led by CBRC Pilates instructor Vicki Jordheim. This unique Pilates experience challenges the body in an upright position, incorporating classic Pilates movements performed standing and seated using a chair to build strength, balance, and stability. Modifications will be provided, making this class accessible and enjoyable for all fitness levels. Chairs will be provided.

Following class, we’ll head to dB Studios for a hands-on glass art workshop where you’ll create your own sun catcher. All materials are included, and experienced instructors will guide you through the creative process.

We’ll conclude the morning back at Barnard Griffin Winery with a relaxed social, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and connect with fellow participants.

Cost: $43 for CBRC and Barnard Griffin members | $53 for guests
Includes the Vertical Pilates class, sun catcher workshop, and a glass of wine during the social.
