Bring in the Spring Equinox with a Celebration of Dance and Life! Ecstatic Dance is a movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container, facilitated by a guide and DJ. It's a safe place where we can be our unique selves, and connect to life.
Ecstatic Dance is for those who are seeking:
- answers and healing
- freedom
- reconnection to spirit
- wholeness from fragmented traumas
- release in times of crisis
- to find flow
- release of negative energies
- strength to overcome mental breakdowns
As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to let go of judgements and expectations, and allow yourself to feel your emotions, sensations, body, mind, and spirit. This is a Freeform Conscious Dance. Some people come simply for the exercise, some come for the social connection, and some come to use the dance as a form of therapy, emotional catharsis, spiritual practice, or prayer. All freedom of expression is welcomed, and there is no ‘right and wrong’.

What to expect:
You can expect to have a lot of fun and experience full body bliss. Prepare to sweat, get out of your comfort zone, and ride the waves of transformation from the inside out.
Because this is a safe space for movement and expression, we request that you follow our main guidelines:

trust in the journey and move through everything that arises
