Spring Equinox Circle and Sound Bath

Now that we have spent time leaning into the intentions we set in January, we can really feel into what feels aligned. As the seasons change during the Spring Equinox (and the energetic new year), this is a great time to RESET, realign with our intentions, and really step into a new season with a renewed sense of energy, alignment, and purpose.

In this circle and sound bath, we will take a moment to gather as a community and reset as we release the things that no longer serve us. Through breathwork, movement, community, and sound healing, we will set our intentions for the rest of the year ahead.
