While New Year’s resolutions are made in the depths of winter when our bodies crave rest, reflection, and conservation of energy. Spring is when nature truly begins again. Seeds are planted. Light returns. Momentum builds organically. This is the season our nervous systems are wired to create.

In this Spring Equinox gathering, we will:

• Create intentional vision boards rooted in embodiment, not pressure
• Given neuroscience backed tools for how to achieve your goals

Rather than forcing goals from willpower alone, we’ll approach visioning through awareness, nervous system alignment, and creative exploration. You’ll clarify not only what you want to cultivate, but how you want to feel as you grow toward it.

This is not about productivity for productivity’s sake.
It’s about planting aligned seeds and trusting the season of growth.

Info: We will look at our old calendars, pictures, and reflect upon our last year. After this we will identify not only what we want from this year but how we want to feel. From this place of insight we will create our vision boards for the rest of the year.
