Spring Equinox Celebration Hosted by Conscious Nona

Join us for an evening of community, connection, and celebration as we welcome the spring season. The Spring Equinox marks the moment when day and night are of equal length, symbolizing balance, renewal, and rebirth. It's a time to celebrate the return of light and the awakening of nature, planting seeds for new beginnings and growth.

This event is designed to bring our conscious community together in a sustainable and meaningful way and raise funds for our local mission, Conscious Nona.

Event Offerings:

• Qigong: Harmonize your body with the changing seasons through gentle Qigong practice.
• Plant Swap: Share the green love! Bring a plant and take a plant to refresh your home and garden.
• Community Potluck: Nourish body and soul with a delicious organic potluck dinner. Bring your favorite dish to share!
• Intention Writing: Plant the seeds for your future by writing intentions on seed paper.
• Candle Gazing Meditation: Find inner peace and connection during a meditative candle gazing session around the fire.
• Fire Ceremony: Honor Mother Earth and the spirit of the season with a powerful fire ceremony.
• Kids' Craft Station: Creative fun for the little ones!

Event Details:

• Date: Thursday March 20th
• Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes prior to settle in and be ready for the event to start at 6pm)
• 6pm Outdoor Qigong
• 6:45pm Dinner & Plant Swap
• 7:30pm Intentions, Meditation & Fire Ceremony

• Location: 11959 Kirby Smith Rd. Orlando FL, 32832
• Attire: Dress comfortably for an outdoor setting.

Parking: Once you enter through the front gate, there will be plenty of parking on the grass, alongside the right edge of the property. Please park reasonably close beside fellow cars.

What to Bring:

• Your favorite organic food/snack dish to share
• Yoga mat (optional, for Qigong)
• Water bottle
• Plant to swap (if you wish)
• Warm-hearted intentions for the year ahead
