Come and join us on the day of the Spring Equinox, where we will come together and celebrate the festival of awakening and rebirth!
We will reflect on the theme of balance in our lives, plant our intentions to grow roots and flower as Spring takes it’s hold and we will end with a beautiful EcoNidra guided mediation that will deepen our connection with nature, and nurture us as we begin our journey of growth. There will also be a small craft activity.
As this celebration has it’s roots in nature, we will try to spend as much time as possible outside around the fire pit as part of the celebration, but if the weather is not on our side we will enjoy the cosy tranquility of Claridge House.
