Spring Equinox Candlelit Pilates & Sound Experience

Join us for an evening of movement, sound, and stillness.

This immersive candlelit experience begins with a grounding reformer pilates class guided by Solana Tadeo, designed to awaken strength, balance, and mindful connection within the body. As your physical practice softens into rest, you’ll be invited into as ound journey facilitated by Darren Obong, featuring harmonic tones from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to calm the nervous system and restore energetic harmony.

We’ll close the evening with freshly brewed organic tea, offering space to ground, connect, and reflect in community.

This experience invites you to slow down, reset, and return to your body through mindful movement and the healing power of sound.

Please bring:

• Pilates grip socks
• Pillow + blanket for the sound portion of the experience
• Water

Darren Obong

Darren is a space holder and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
