Spring Equinox Cacao and Sound Ceremony with dani

Join Dani and Breath and Sound for the night of Ceremonial Cacao Prayers and Sound. Open your heart to GRATITUDE LOVE and SURRENDER!

As always we will begin our night by getting cozy in your nests and sipping on a beautiful beverage we call Cacao! And this is not just your typical Hot Chocolate, but an ancient ceremonial drink from South America! As we connect in the mindfulness of this act Dani will introduce prayers that usually flow like a stream of water from her heart through our ears straight into our hearts and so we connect! Gently transitioning into meditation we will be guided to relax our physical bodies. We start to listen! Listen. Not just the instruments that Dani will play, but a message! Some will bring bright memories, others will bring soothing naps!

This event is different from the sound bath. Join our amazing community, and we'll stay for snacks and chats afterward! Every age is welcomed, and no experience is needed.
