Angie Jackson is BACK for a hands-on workshop where you'll explore the rejuvenating power of nature through calming teas, invigorating alcohol-free elixirs, & handcrafted bitters.
As the days lengthen & the earth awakens, you'll delve into the world of herbal infusions. Learn to blend soothing teas featuring dandelion root for grounding, chamomile for tranquility, rose petals for heart-opening, & passionflower for peaceful dreams. You'll create your own personalized tea blend to take home, perfect for embracing the gentle energy of spring.
Next, you'll transition to crafting refreshing, alcohol-free cordials. Experience the zesty brightness of lemon & the calming aroma of lavender in one blend, & the invigorating citrus kick of lime paired with the herbaceous notes of lemongrass in another. You'll take home both cordials, ready to add a splash of spring to your beverages.
Finally, you'll dive into the art of bitters making, crafting Angie's signature Vernal Equinox Bitters. Using a curated selection of spring botanicals & time-honored techniques, you'll create a unique & potent blend to awaken your senses & support your digestive system. Each participant will craft & take home their own jar of these handcrafted bitters.
This workshop is a blend of Mixology Magic & kitchen witchery, where you'll explore the energetic properties of herbs & learn to harness their power for well-being. Expect to mix, taste, & connect with the spirit of Spring in a fun & interactive environment.
