We will begin with gentle somatic breathwork to help release the heaviness of winter and reconnect you with your body in a grounded, supported way. This is a time to listen inward, soften tension, and notice what feels ready to shift as the season changes.

From there, the experience flows into a deeply immersive Sound Bath. The vibration and sound offer space for integration, helping the body and nervous system settle into balance while supporting a sense of clarity and steadiness.

This is not about pushing forward or forcing new beginnings. It is about honoring the still point before momentum takes over. A night to pause, recalibrate, and align with the natural rhythm of change.
