About this Event
Let us celebrate the Spring Equinox by releasing things that no longer serve us from winter through our breath, and welcome in the new beginnings of spring with a sound healing journey!
We will start with an introduction, light movement, a breath journey guided by Ashley, a sound healing journey guided by Tori, and integration afterwards. Reiki energy will be given throughout the journey (with consent).
This will be held at the beautiful Harmonist Sanctuary, and doors will be locked promptly 10 minutes after 5pm to ensure a safe space for us all. This event is for everyone! Whether you've done breathwork and sound healing before or have not, all are welcome.

About your facilitators
About Ashley:
Ashley is a Registered Respiratory Therapist and has worked in this career for the last 12 years. Ashley has helped countless patients breathe better, breathed for them, and have optimized their breathing. In 2021, she suffered from panic attacks and severe PTSD from the pandemic, which forced her to learn how to breathe for herself and get more in touch with her body. This beautiful and difficult journey led her to her love of breathwork, dance, astrology, neurofeedback, therapy, and all "woo woo things". Ashley loves helping people come back to their bodies through their breath and through dance. Ashley is a certified Guidance Facilitator, Reiki Level 3 guide, Certified in two types of Dance, Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Astrologer through Debra Silverman, and getting her masters in mental health counseling.
You can learn more about Ashley and her offerings on her website and Instagram.
About Tori:
Tori Price is a fine artist, sound healer, card reader, and teacher. She has been passionate about the strong connection between art and healing for over 12 years, leading her to create her art business in 2016 to help herself and others connect to intuition through making and viewing art.
Tori’s love for art and healing has guided her to follow a curious path of experiencing and learning other healing modalities that encourage mind-body connection. With a degree in Psychology and her certifications in yoga (200-hr), yin yoga, and sound healing, she enjoys guiding others in gentle, compassionate practices that cultivate a sense of safety and self-connection.
Experiencing trauma-related anxiety and depression for most of her life, Tori is a big believer in participating in accessible healing practices that encourage less mind energy and more heart and body energy. She is an advocate for practicing being (instead of doing) to cultivate healing in a restful, harmonious way. Being able to rest and feel at ease during sound baths has always drawn Tori to this practice.
Growing up a band geek and spending over 6 years playing mallet percussion in school, Tori’s inner child is overjoyed to be playing with mallets and music again through sound healing instruments.
