Join us for our annual five-course seasonal dinner at Nest Café, celebrating the arrival of spring through vibrant organic ingredients and globally inspired flavors. The menu moves from bright citrus and chilled greens to warming spice, golden saffron, and floral notes — fresh, balanced, and distinctly seasonal.

Featured courses include marinated Castelvetrano olives, chilled spring pea & miso soup with Meyer lemon oil, charred carrots with harissa and lime, citrus-cured white fish with fennel and pink peppercorn, saffron arborio with asparagus and English peas, and orange blossom & strawberry panna cotta with matcha cream.

Crafted with organic ingredients and thoughtfully prepared to be gluten-free, this dinner honors both the season and the table.

Spirited and zero-proof cocktail pairings, along with natural wines, will be available for an additional purchase.
