Welcome to the April Cosmic Pulse Drum Circle.
As the valley thaws and spring emerges, we are gathering to match the rhythm of the season. We recognize the universal, biological need to belong, to release, and to regulate our nervous systems together - above all else.
If the start of spring has you feeling anxious, stagnant, or just ready to move, come grab a seat in the circle.

This is a "Classic Pulse" gathering. No pressure, no performance, just raw community rhythm.
