Description
Spring forward with a four course dinner created by our own Central Market Executive Chef, Jesse Perez, featuring seasonal produce, Gulf seafood, and, everyone's favorite, beef. As you sit back, relax, and savor each bite, the Chef will introduce you to each course and include insight into his inspiration. You’ll enjoy fresh from the farm, green vegetables combined with light and airy ancient grains to start; a rich, creamy potato and corn chowder garnished with Gulf shrimp; New York strip steak accented with a Middle Eastern blend of herbs and spices and a zesty mustard sauce; and conclude your meal with a refreshing, seasonal lemon and raspberry dessert.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy wine pairings with your meal.
