🌱Have you been contemplating a little internal spring cleaning? If so, kudos to you! 🌱 You may have noticed that in today’s world we are encountering all sorts of toxins, from all sorts of angles, on an ongoing basis.
🌱 There’s no argument here that our bodies are designed to do ahhhmazing things all on their own, self detoxification being only one! But never in history have we been up against such challenges and truth be told, supporting the body’s cleansing process on regular basis is not only complementary, but imperative to optimal health and well being.
🌱 Spring is a wonderful time to purge internal stagnation and refresh the systems. This class will offer a gentle, yet mighty, approach to supporting your detox organs now and all year through.
🌱 In this class we’ll discuss some plant that help to shed accumulated toxins and discover how and when to prepare them an herbal decoction.
🌱 You’ll also learn some foundational information as to how support the body throughout the process.
🌱 Each participant will leave with a 32 oz glass jar to store your decoction in, along with 1 oz of my dried root detox blend. You’ll also be provided with the root detox detoction recipe to inspire you to continue making at home.
