Black Diamond is introducing a new league format for Spring Session of League at the Tap House in Humboldt! We will be changing it up a little and running a switchholio league. We are very excited to use this new format to create a competitive atmosphere that is fair for all but allowing everyone to win prize money nightly!
No partner needed! All you have to do is sign up in your respective skill level division and have fun!
Two divisions(competitive & social):
League Fee: $60 for the season per person.
Competitive division: $20 per player per week. 100% paid back out. 50% will used for nightly bracket. 1st, 2nd and 3rd and the other 50% to our end of season winners. Players will be paired top to middle based off your PPR after your 4 game round robin. Players with a minimum PPR of 6.5 are able to register for the competitive.
Social division: $10 per player per week. 100% paid back out. 50% will used for nightly bracket. 1st, 2nd and 3rd and the other 50% to our end of season winners. Players will be paired top to middle based off your PPR after your 4 game round robin. Player maximum PPR of 6.5 or lower to be able to be registered for the social.
We understand things happen and you may miss a week or two throughout the year. You are permitted a sub who will “fill in” for your absence. Your sub must be a comparable skill level to yourself.
After week 9 your wins and losses will determine your placement in your division while determining your partner as well. I.e if we have 32 players, number 1 will be seeded with number 17 as their permanent partner for week 10 and so on.
Week 10 will be a 4 game round robin event with your established partner into a double elim bracket. We will pay 1st, 2nd and 3rd for results after week 9 as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for our week 10 winners.
Every night players have an opportunity to go home as a winner!
