Let’s Decorate! In this class, you will use royal icing to decorate four spring-themed sugar cookies (shapes will include: tulip, daisy, mushroom, and greenery). In a guided, step-by-step process, you will learn how to outline, flood, and add details and dimension to your decorated cookies. You will also practice using royal icing transfers. You will learn tips and tricks for working with royal icing, receive the basic tools needed for decorating success, and take home my signature vanilla bean-almond sugar cookie and vanilla royal icing recipes. TICKET COST: $50Beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. Parking is available on the south side of the entrance.
Take Home Kit (Optional Add-On): If desired, you can purchase an additional kit that includes the 4 cookie shapes and all icing colors and consistencies used in class to re-create your designs at home. This additional kit is available for $20.
