The Eltham Concert Band invites you to our next Sunday afternoon concert. There is just one performance on October 13th at 3:30pm. This will be the second concert under the baton of Phil Johansen, and he insists that this one has to be better than the first. As usual we have a mix of items, including solo performances from two band members: Carolann Deakes will perform the Saint Saens Romance for Horn (a previous attempt was stopped by Covid), and Jenny Spicer will perform Harlem Nocturne. We also have a couple of items from film scores: "The Man from Snowy River" by Bruce Rowland, and Johns Williams' "The Cowboys". We invite you to come and listen, and then to partake of refreshments when you can talk to the band and tell us which items you liked best. As usual, we will perform without an interval.
