The time has finally arrived! It’s is our Spring Cake Decorating Class. I’m excited to teach you how to decorate a beautifully designed FLORAL STYLE DRIP CAKE.

You can eat it yourself, share it with friends, or even SELL it! Some of you want to learn cake decorating as a fun hobby while others of you would like to start your own cake business. Either way, you’ve come to the right place. This class will get you started on your way.

In this buttercream based class you will learn different techniques; how to crumb coat, flat ice, and drip a cake with royal icing. You will also learn different piping techniques, borders, buttercream roses, and rosettes.

This class id for adults, however, if you’d like to bring a minor you will have to accompany them and pay as well for a spot.
