Spring BREAK!!

Release what you’ve been holding.

Spring BREAK!! is not a typical rage room experience.

This is a facilitated emotional release experience designed to help you safely move anger, stress, grief, and frustration out of your body.

Instead of suppressing it.

Instead of carrying it.

Instead of pretending you're fine.

We create a structured container where you can smash, scream, move, and regulate — and then leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

This experience blends physical release with intentional facilitation so that rage becomes medicine, not chaos.

WHAT TO EXPECT!

Participants will complete a digital waiver prior to arrival to allow us to start the experience smoothly.

The evening includes:

Intentional Music + Somatic Engagement

Music is used to help participants connect with what they are feeling in their bodies before release.

Structured Rage Sessions

Participants will rotate through rage rooms in small groups where they will smash donated items, bottles, and large breakables.

Screaming & Vocal Release

Participants will have the opportunity to release emotion vocally in a dedicated scream space.

Group Rotations

To maintain safety and space, participants rotate through experiences including:

• Rage rooms

• Scream space

• Grounding and reflection

• Integration moments

Emotional Integration

After physical release, participants will have intentional space to reconnect with themselves and reflect on what shifted.

This is where the work lands.
What You’ll Be Breaking

We’ll have a mix of:

• Glass bottles and small breakables

• Donated smash items

• Larger impact items (printers, electronics, etc.)

• Tires for physical striking

Every participant will have opportunities to smash, strike, and release.

If you have personal items you want to release, you may be able to bring them depending on venue guidelines. Details will be shared with ticket holders.
Capacity

This experience is intentionally limited to approximately 20 participants to maintain safety, space, and depth.

Once tickets are sold out, additional participants will not be added.
What to Wear

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

Protective gear will be provided by the venue.
