From the Basque region to the Tomatina - we will cover all the cultural differences and the influence each region has had on Spanish cuisine and the world.Each day the class will meet from 12-2pm and we will cover a variety of kitchen skills and techniques as we learn about the culture and make authentic dishes. Food items we will make include ceviche, tapas, alfajores, gazpacho, flan and paella.
Class participants will receive all the recipes we make in class, their own apron and workbook to continue to grow their kitchen library.
