Traditional Brazilian food is delicious, colorful, diverse, and exciting. Because Brazil is such a melting pot of colors and customs, its cuisine varies from one region to another, reflecting the country’s diverse backgrounds and vast territory.

Each day the class will meet from 12-2pm and we will cover a variety of kitchen skills and techniques as we learn about the culture and make authentic dishes. Food items we will make include pastel, empadao, brigaderieros, pao de queijo, picanha, and canjica.

Class participants will receive all the recipes we make in class, their own apron and workbook to continue to grow their kitchen library.
