Join NGCU at Camp Mikell for a free hands-on Spring Break experience where kids can explore nature, meet live animals, and spend the day outdoors learning and creating! This free program is designed for youth and families and includes interactive stations led by NGCU and Camp Mikell educators.
Kids will:
🐢 Meet live Animal Ambassadors (snakes, turtles, and more!)
🪙 Learn how to spot real money using UV light, watermarks, and hidden features.
🔍 Explore patterns, textures, and “hidden features” along a a guided nature discovery walk
🎨 Create their own custom “money” craft inspired by what they discover
Event Details:
• FREE with lunch provided!
• Ages 6-12
• Parent/guardian/youth leader must stay during the event
• Waiver required for each child
