Spring Beats on the Streets- Worthing Town Centre Silent Disco

Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience where you can dance the day away with your favorite beats—with just the music in your headphones.

Location: The band stand on Montague Place.

Event Times:
🎧 Silent Disco Sessions:

• Session 1: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Session 2: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

What to Expect:

🎧 Silent Disco: Meet at the band stand on Monatgue Place, slip on your headphones and enjoy the tunes! We will then dance a loop along montague street, down to the seafront, ending back at the band stand on Montague Place.

Silent Disco Event: Terms and Conditions
By registering for a ticket you agree to the below T&Cs.

1. Event Overview
Thank you for joining us for the Silent Disco event. This event will take place outdoors during the day and will involve walking along public streets. By participating in the event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Health and Safety
*The event will involve walking through public streets. Participants must stay aware of their surroundings at all times and follow all instructions from event staff, especially regarding safety while crossing streets or navigating busy areas.
*For your own safety, please avoid distractions while walking, including the use of mobile phones, and always be mindful of other pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles.
3. Equipment Responsibility
*All participants will be provided with a set of silent disco headphones. These are the property of Worthing Town Centre BID and must be handled with care.
*Participants are fully responsible for the equipment provided to them. You agree to keep the headphones and any other equipment in your possession and ensure they are not damaged or lost.
*In the event of damage or loss, participants will be required to reimburse Worthing Town Centre BID for the full replacement cost of any lost or damaged equipment.
*Participants should not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the equipment at any time. If you experience any technical issues with your equipment during the event, please notify event staff immediately.
*Please ensure that the headphones are returned at the end of the event. Failure to return the equipment may result in a charge for the full cost of the equipment.
4. Behavior and Conduct
*Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner throughout the event. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated, and event staff have the right to remove any individual who is not complying with these terms.
*You must follow all traffic and pedestrian laws while walking through public streets. If event staff or security provide instructions regarding safety or group movement, these must be followed without exception.
*Participants must refrain from any behavior that may endanger themselves or others, including running, reckless actions, or the use of the equipment in a manner that could cause harm.
5. Liability and Indemnity
*By attending and participating in this event, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the event.
*Worthing Town Centre BID and its affiliates will not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs as a result of your participation in the event, unless caused by the negligence of the event organizers or staff.
*You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worthing Town Centre BID, its staff, and its partners from any claims, demands, or damages arising from your participation in the event.
6. Photography and Media
*By participating in the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and agree that these images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by Worthing Town Centre BID without compensation.
*If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event staff upon arrival.
7. Age Restrictions
*Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult will be held responsible for the safety and conduct of the minor throughout the event.
8. Acknowledgment
By attending and participating in this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. You also agree to follow all rules and regulations set by the event organizers.
