Debbie Fox
Debbie will lead a couple of gentle Chi-boost sessions based around a sequence known as Mountain Top, which Angus Clark taught her.
We will explore Tai Chi principles of grounding, aligning and releasing, which allow the body to relax and generate energy (Chi).
The movements have a calming and settling quality, and I have found them to be a great support in my life over the last 30 years or so as a way to reset and recharge.
Come as you are, everyone's experience will be their own. Choose comfortable clothes to move in; depending on the weather, you may like to be barefoot.
Kate Wright
Kate Wright embraced the liberating experience of Element Flow Freedom Dance, merging expressive movement with the elements of nature. This unique dance form allowed her to connect with the earth, air, fire, water, and space. Led by Kate and Mel Maelo with their Drums and Shell Bell with her Gong and Mother Earth herself.
Following this invigorating dance, you can Build your YOGA NIDRA NEST. Kate indulged in Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique. This guided meditation provided her with a profound state of restful awareness, promoting relaxation on a profound level. As a result, she experienced reduced stress, improved sleep, and heightened mental clarity. Nidra takes place on Mother Earth.
Sophie Cropley
Indulging in the calming embrace of nature through forest bathing and foraging we will not only be promoting physical well-being but also contributing to mental and emotional balance. Immersing ourselves in the serene ambience of the forest has been linked to reduced stress, improved mood, and enhanced creativity. Foraging offers a deeper connection with our environment also providing an opportunity for nutritional exploration, as wild edibles often boast unique flavours and health benefits. Together, these experiences offer a holistic approach to our well-being, emphasising the symbiotic relationship between humans and the natural world.
Join Sophie as she leads you on a path of natural discovery. Noticing the bounty that the world has to offer. Be still and breathe in the healing nature of the woodlands surrounding us, still your mind and invite your inner self to sit with you too.
