Spring Awakening Yoga Retreat

This is your day to pause. To breathe. To gently ease into the new season of Spring.

Held in the heart of Stamford, beside the meadows and surrounded by nature, this completely private venue offers a peaceful sanctuary for our retreat. You are invited to soften, reconnect, slow down, and step away from the noise of everyday life.

This restorative day includes:

• A soothing, all-levels guided hatha yoga practice

• Time to unwind in the sauna, cold plunge and outdoor jacuzzi

• A nourishing light lunch with hot/cold drinks (or a glass of fizz, if you fancy it)

• A deeply relaxing yoga nidra session

• A lovely spring-inspired goodie bag to take home

Everything you’ll need is provided: yoga mats, props, cushions, blankets and towels.
