Spring Awakening - Women's Circle

Hello loves!

As we come out of hybernation and step into spring, it's the perfect time to reconnect with the magic around us. This experience will give you the chance to reawaken your inner light while setting an intention that will guide you back to a sense of inspiration and mindfulness.

What to expect

Our ceremony is beautifully balanced between grounding rituals and creative practices.

You can look forward to:

• Altar Creation
• Gentle asana
• Pranayama
• Sound bath
• Candle decorating

You can expect to leave feeling both rejuvinated and inspired to move forward in your growth:)

The Ceremony

The ceremony begins in circle with co-creation of the altar, using offerings collected from nature - we'll connect to one another and tap into creativity while setting a collective intention together.

We'll then move into a yoga practice, grounding into the moment through connection between body, mind, and breath. This practice includes gentle asana as well as various pranyama techniques suited for all levels, inviting the flow of prana in the body. As the body slows down at the end of practice, you can enjoy a sound bath with the beautiful hum of crystal bowls.

The experience will end with candle decorating, embodying the playful, creative energy of spring. We'll use melted wax from coloured tea lights to paint candles while connecting to an intention. You'll be able to bring your creation home with you, lighting your candle as a symbol of your intention.

About Your Host

Since finding yoga in 2020, Alyssa instantly fell in love with the practice and its transformational benefits. Eager to deepen her knowledge on yoga philosophy that transcends beyond just the poses, she completed her 200 hour certification in Bali. She is passionate about guiding students to take the lessons learned on the mat into their daily lives, finding presence, mindfulness and connection to everything around us.
