As winter softens and the earth begins to stir, this immersive sound bath invites you to awaken alongside the changing season. Spring is a time of renewal, growth, and fresh energy, yet the transition can also feel tender to the nervous system.
This seasonal sound journey is designed to support:

We’ll begin the evening with a grounding meditation and an oracle card draw, offering intuitive guidance and insight to set the energetic theme for your journey. Then, Crissy and Jason will guide you through a deeply restorative sound bath featuring 432 Hz crystal singing bowls, layered tones, and rhythmic elements that work together to calm the mind and restore energetic flow.
This experience allows you to fully surrender, receive, and integrate the energy of spring as it begins to unfold.

What to bring:
You’re invited to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported during rest. Chairs, yoga mats, and blankets will also be available for your use.
