In this workshop, we work with herbs that awaken the body after winter’s stillness — clearing stagnation, easing tension, and inviting movement back into our lives.

Together, we’ll create soothing, energizing herbal remedies that support detoxification, ease muscle and joint pain, and encourage a graceful transition into spring.

1. Calendula Mentholated Pain Cream — A soothing, anti-inflammatory cream infused with calendula, menthol, and peppermint to ease muscle tension and promote flow.
