Spring Awakening is a day retreat designed to gently guide us out of winter’s stillness and into the fresh energy of spring. Through yoga, sound healing, and art therapy, we’ll nurture the body, mind, and spirit as we begin to sow the seeds of inspiration, guiding us toward these new seasons.

Mel from Earth Conscious Yoga will begin and end the day guding you through inspiring and soothing vinyasa, yin yoga and a sound bath, whilst Candice from Art Remedy will activate your creativity combined with self discovery through clay art therapy that you will be able to take with you.
