About this Event
Join us for an afternoon of springtime renewal as we gather in community to dance and welcome hope and reawakening. Guided by Jen Boyes-Manseau, we will learn simple circle dances integrated with the labyrinth that gently prepare body, heart and mind.
No dance experience is necessary—only a curious spirit, an open heart and a willingness to move with the music. Together we will weave our intentions in the circle, then set out individually—yet held in community—on a quiet journey toward renewal. We will close by returning to the circle to celebrate the light and vitality of our renewed selves.
All are welcome.
What is Sacred Circle Dance?
Sacred circle dance is an embodied spiritual practice that nurtures connection within ourselves, with one another, with the land on which we live, and with the sacred wholeness of creation. Through simple, meditative dances held in the ancient form of the circle—a symbol of unity and equality—it offers a taste of inner calm and belonging within the greater web of life.
