About this Event
Paulina and Tamara will co-host a nourishing retreat at the Self-Retreat Studio in Camden, held one week before the Spring Equinox — a time of renewal and gentle emergence.
The embodied experience will invite you to release winter’s weight and reconnect with your natural vitality through TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises), yin yoga, a restorative sound bath with alchemy crystal bowls and gentle, intuitive movement practices.
You’ll be guided to regulate your nervous system, soften into stillness, and then awaken the body through mindful, self-led movement — creating space for clarity, intention, and growth as you step into the new season.
Show up however you are. Leave feeling grounded and gently reconnected to your inner rhythm and agency.

Info: Your hosts, Tamara and Paulina, will open the circle and prepare you for the next few hours of release, reconnection and awakening.

Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®)
Info: After a simple grounding exercise to connect you with your body and the studio space, Tamara will guide you through the Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) practice. TRE assists the body to release stress, tension and trauma through its natural shaking or tremor reflex.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
Info: Yin yoga is designed to gently open the body and calm the nervous system. Through long-held, supported postures, you will be invited to soften, release tension, and create space, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
From this state of deep receptivity, Paulina will guide you into a nourishing sound bath. The resonant tones and vibrations will wash over you, supporting integration, rest, and a subtle inner awakening. Together, this journey offers a moment to pause, restore, and reconnect with a quieter, more spacious way of being.
