- Indoor 10x10 Space with a table and two chairs
- Indoor 6 ft. Space with table with a table and two chairs
- All merchandise and display equipment must fit in the marked space. There will be no storage area supplied. Vendors must ensure there are no disruptions emitting from their booth. Vendors ARE NOT ALLOWED to block the aisle ways by sitting outside their booth space please plan your layout accordinly knowing you need to sit/stand within your space.
- Vendors are soley responsible for the set up and break down of their space and must be set up by 10am and not be broken down until the event has ended
- Break down is from 3pm - 4pm
- Vendors are soley responsible for the set up break down and clean up of their space
- Vendors are soley responsible for their own belongings and if anything is damaged lost or stolen it will be to no fault of the facility and/or sponsor.
- The facility and/or sponsor will not carry any form of insurance for anything tat is damages lost or stolen
- All transactions between the Vendor and customer are the responsibility of the Vendor. Vendor must have their own change funds. The customer has the right to request and receive a receipt.
- Vendor shall protect maintain save and hold harmless the Slidell Auditorium its officers agents servants and employees from and againist any and all claims demands expenses and liabilities arising out of injury or death to any person or the damge loss or destruction of any property which may occur in or about the venue (including any portion thereof which vendor has not been given the right to occupy or use pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) or which may arise or in any way grow out of any act or omission of vendor its agents invitees and patrons' use and occupancy of venue.
- There will be no refunds and booths are not transferable.
