This significant presentation will highlight the achievements and aspirations of our new members as they officially join the ranks of Iota Phi Lambda, the first Black sorority dedicated to empowering women in the fields of business and professional leadership.

The event will commence with the New Members Presentation, highlighting the achievements and aspirations of our new sisters as they officially join our esteemed sorority. Following the presentation, please indulge in a wonderful dinner.

Info: This exclusive portion of the evening is reserved for initiated Sorors to formally welcome and honor our newest members. The ceremony reflects our traditions, values, and commitment to sisterhood. Sorors will gather privately to participate in the ritual elements of induction, offer words of encouragement, and affirm the bonds that connect us across generations. This moment is designed to be meaningful, respectful, and memorable for all who attend.

Info: Guests are welcomed as they check in and get settled. Upon arrival, attendees are invited to browse the Gift Shop to explore gifts from official IOTA vendors, explore featured items, and mingle with fellow members. This relaxed time allows everyone to get comfortable before the program begins.
