We offer an intensive 8-week culinary program that will make you a super star in your kitchen – regardless of your current skill set (or lack thereof). Each week we focus on a specific subject matter, whether it be Knife Skills 101, Pastas & Starches, Soups & Sauces, or our advanced Meat, Poultry & Seafood Workshops. With each class increasing in complexity & skillset, enables you to explore the art of food in all its glory!
