We will collect payment while you are still in your carThis highly anticipated event brings together lavender enthusiasts, craft lovers, and nature enthusiasts from all around. We hold two lavender festivals each year, The first is our English Lavender Festival and the second is our French Lavender (lavandin) Festival. The English blooms first in early June and Lavandin blooms about 2 weeks later.
This is our second yearly lavender festival and our French lavender or Lavandin is truly special. Lavandin has a beauty that feels a little bolder and more energetic than English lavender, almost like lavender turned up a notch. It’s a hybrid of English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) and spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia), and you can see that mixed heritage in the way it looks, smells, and grows.
Lavandin stems tend to be longer and more arching, giving the plant a graceful, fountain‑like silhouette. In a breeze, it moves in soft waves that feel almost choreographed. It stands out in a field, almost glowing in sunlight.
Lavandin carries a sharper, more camphorous fragrance—clean, bright, and invigorating. It’s the kind of scent that wakes up a room or a garden path. This plant loves heat, sun, and dry soil. It grows vigorously, producing abundant blooms that make it a favorite for essential oils and bouquets. There’s something compelling about a plant that looks luxurious yet thrives in tough conditions.
During the festival, you'll have the chance to explore our lavender fields and witness the stunning purple blooms in full glory. Take a leisurely stroll through the fields, breathe in the calming aroma, and capture memorable photos amidst the picturesque scenery.
For those interested in crafts, our festival offers a wide range of handmade products created by local artisans. From lavender-infused candles and soaps to handcrafted jewelry and pottery, you'll find unique and exquisite items that showcase the creativity and talent of our artisans.
Throughout the festival, we also host interactive workshops and demonstrations where you can learn more about the art of lavender cultivation, crafting techniques, and the benefits of lavender in skincare and wellness. Our knowledgeable experts will be on hand to answer any questions and share their expertise.
Indulge your taste buds with our lavender-inspired culinary delights. From lavender-infused pastries and desserts to refreshing lavender lemonade, our festival offers a delectable array of food and beverages that will tantalize your senses.
Don't forget to visit our festival marketplace, where you can browse and purchase a wide selection of lavender products, including essential oils, body lotions, bath salts, and more. Take a piece of Mom-Mom's Lavender home with you and continue to enjoy the benefits of lavender long after the festival ends.
