Please be clear: this is NOT a surface-level “self-help” seminar where you hear inspirational buzzwords and concepts but walk away wondering how to apply any of them in real life.

We will LITERALLY be teaching you how to “do the work” in a tangible way and arming you with tools to re-wire your internal dialogue, be resistant to emotional manipulation, enforce healthy boundaries and re-negotiate the way you GET to show up in your life.

Blue Telusma is a writer, on-air personality and emotional intelligence coach, who has been running self-mastery workshops since 2008. Private clients usually pay $275/hr for a session with her. So the live digital class is a love offering to the community at only $62.5 per 2hr class (only an 1/8th of the usual rate!)
