Spreading in Nature, Technology, and Society

The conference will bring together an interdisciplinary group of scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and social scientists interested in diffusion and related spreading phenomena.

Topics of interest include

• Basic principles of diffusion theory and simulation
• Experimental measurements and applications in biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering
• Spreading phenomena in archaeology, ecology, epidemics, linguistics, sociology, etc.

The conference will include invited talks, contributed talks, and posters. Ample time will be given to the poster sessions.
