** MARATHON LOCATION **
SPQR Tango Marathon Roma, including the PRE and AFTER PARTY milonga, will be held at Mercure Roma West Hotel
The location has 400 sq. meters of wooden dance floor and restaurant room.

** MARATHON PRICES **
Marathon including Pre and After Party: 90€.
You can add the meals during the registration process at the special price of 20 euro each one.
If purchased during the marathon the price will be 25 euro each one (subject to availability).

** ACCEPTATION POLICY **
The "first come first served" principle won't be applied.
SINGLE REGISTRATION is possible but it is better in couple. If you are planning to travel with your partner, pay attention to compile the registration form mention your partner’s name. Both of you must register by the registration form and mention the partner's name.
Within 15 days, accepted people will receive an Email including all the payment details.
Your entrance in the marathon will be guaranteed ONLY after the payment.
You will receive the Final Confirmation Email, which is actually your pass!
Couple registrations should pay both before receiving the “YOU ARE IN” email.

** REFUND POLICY **
No refund is possible. Only the meals can be refunded.
Substitutions must be communicated and approved by the organizers. It’s a participant's responsibility to find a substitute and to get the money from him/her.

** ACCOMMODATION **
You can reserve your room and the shuttle service from/to Fiumicino Airport sending an email to: [email protected] and specify that you are a participant in SPQR Tango Marathon to obtain the special price.
We recommend to book the hotel room as soon as possible AFTER the acceptance email. If you want to stay in a double room but you don't have a roommate specify in the reservation email that you want to stay in the room with another person. The hotel, if possible, will find one.
