1. The tournament is sanctioned USBC and open to all ADULT sanctioned bowlers who are in good standing with the USBC and are currently sanctioned with USBC.
2. The entry fee will be $80/bowler; $18 lineage, $2 expenses, and $60 prize fund. Expenses consist of The Bowlers Eye software and bowling pin trophy. All leftover expense money will go towards year-end pot. If space permits, walk ins will be accepted. Payout will be 1:4 entries.
3. This event will max at 138 bowlers.
4. Check-in will begin at 9:00am. Practice will begin promptly at 9:50am, with tournament play starting at 10:00am. Lane assignments will be assigned at random.
5. Handicap will be 80% of 220. **SHOULD WE HAVE AT LEAST 32 SCRATCH BOWLERS, WE WILL HAVE 2 SEPARATE DIVISIONS**
6. All bowlers will bowl 6 games of qualifying across 12 lanes. Each game you will receive bonus points based on your game bowled against the field i.e. 48 bowlers, top score each game will receive an additional 48 bonus pins, while the lowest game receives 1 bonus pin. All ties in the standings will be broken by the highest game, with handicap, during qualifying. If a tie occurs for the last cut position, a 9th and 10th frame roll off will occur. The top 1:4 (rounded to 6, 8, 12 or 16) will bowl in the scattered bracket, best 2 game series match, with byes for top qualifiers where appropriate. If after the 2 games, bowlers are tied, there will be a 9th and 10th frame roll off to determine the winner. Exact format subject to change based on total number of teams in the event.
7. Brackets and high game pots will be available. Brackets are unlimited at $5 each, and will begin on games 1, 2, 3 and 4. High game pot will be $20 and pays the top game each of the 6 games. If enough interest, all brackets, and side pots will have handicap and scratch divisions. ALL BRACKET AND SIDE POT MONEY MUST BE PICKED UP PRIOR TO LEAVE THE TOURNAMENT. We will not mail/send money that is not claimed at the end of the event.
8. If at any point during the tournament, a bowler is unable to finish, they will not be given a refund, and will receive zeros for the remainder of the frames/games.
9. All bowlers entering this tournament are to follow USBC rules. All decisions made by the tournament manager are FINAL. All other USBC rules will apply.
