Join Ottawa County Parks and Holland Parks and Recreation for a volunteer workday at Van Raalte Farm! We'll be removing spotted knapweed and woody invasives from the backside of the sledding hill to prepare the area for future native plantings that will benefit wildlife and pollinators.
Please park at the 24th Street entrance to Van Raalte Farm (975 E. 24th St., Holland, MI 49423). We'll meet in the parking lot before walking together to the site.
Work gloves, tools, garbage bags, bug spray, water, and light snacks will be provided. Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and dress for working outdoors.
