VR Headset Viewing: Due to the immersive experience and limited capacity, VR headset viewing is capped at one booked section per person.

Main Screen Viewing & Standby Opportunity: All other content will be streamed live on the main screen, which offers open seating for all attendees throughout the event. This area also serves as your standby spot. If a booked headset viewer does not arrive for their session, their reserved spot will be offered to guests in the main screen viewing area on a first-come, first-served basis.
