Join Conservatory alumnus Tilman Sandvoss (viola) and Oksana Yaremchuk (piano) for a performance featuring two major sonatas from the early 20th century, a concert piece by George Enescu, and a solo work by Calgary composer Vincent Ho.
This program brings together staples of the viola repertoire by Rebecca Clarke and George Enescu, alongside Vincent Ho’s Punk Suite and a newly arranged version of Frank Bridge’s Cello Sonata by Tilman Sandvoss.
While these works offer a glimpse into the past - Punk Suite looks ahead, with its bold, energetic, and futuristic aesthetics, fit for a cyberpunk world.
